Hot Yoga Auburn is the longest running Hot Yoga studio in Massachusetts. We are now Celebrating 17 years in business! Proudly serving the communities of Auburn, Charlton, Grafton, Holden, Hopkinton, Leicester, Millbury, Northborough, Oxford, Paxton, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Southbridge, Sutton, Webster, West Boylston, Westborough, and Worcester. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Please plan accordingly. For your safety and ours the door will be locked at the start of each class. You will be able to leave the building, but the front door will lock behind you. Current schedule as of January 2017. Schedule subject to change. There will be no 6am class on Monday Holidays. If there are any last minute schedule changes, classes cancellations due to emergency, etc, we will post an update to our voicemail, twitter and Facebook.

We are offering a new perk for unlimited members!
If you have an unlimited membership (intro, monthly, yearly) then you can bring an unlimited number of friends to any class that they have not attended at our studio before. For example, you can bring the same person to one hot class, one Pilates class and one Yin class. Bring your friends and have some fun!
Beginners Hot Yoga
26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. 90 minute class that anyone can do, and everyone is challenged by this wonderful traditional hatha yoga class.

On a rainy day, pop up Yin Yoga classes with Bill Fairchild. 60 min. Check our mindbodyonline sign in page, or our voicemail or Facebook page for rainy day Yin Yoga. Class will be held in our warm lobby. Same goals and objectives as other yoga systems, but directs stimulation deeper. Generally targets the connective tissue of the pelvis, hips and lower spine. Class size is limited, so make sure to reserve your spot!
