We welcome everyone with open arms and every class is adaptable for all fitness classes. Plus each class is unique and will target a different concern that you might be targeting. We have Pilates for weight loss and strength, Hatha Yoga for strength, balance, focus and healing.

Beginners Hot Yoga. 90 minutes or 60 minutes
The most incredible healing modality for all kinds of issues. The heat and humidity soften the muscle fibers which enables the body to stretch as well as detoxify and reset.

Inferno Hot
Pilates
High energy workout from head to toe in just 60 minutes. Based on the Pilates principals and the Tabata method of training. It is high intensity low impact workout with upbeat music.

Buti Yoga
Elements of Vinyasa, Plyometrcis and Cardio Dance. We have several types of fun Buti classes. Hot, Deep, Hybrid, etc.
