Beginners hot Yoga

This is a Hatha Yoga class. Performed in a hot and humid room. The heat and humidity soften the muscle fibers which enables the body to stretch as well as detoxify and reset.

Each posture is designed to heal a different part of your body from your internal organs to your bones to the muscles, ligaments and tissue fibers. It’s truly medicine for the body.

Inferno Hot PIlates

High energy workout from head to toe in just 60 minutes. Based on the Pilates principals and the Tabata method of training.

It is high intensity low impact workout with upbeat music. It works your core, legs, hips, abs, spine, glutes, upper body and cardio vascular system. It is fun and will surely transform your body. You will always feel like you can conquer the world after this class
